Need to Shift a Date?
Just send us a WhatsApp message and we will move your booking right away.
1. Changing Your Shoot Date

Free Date Change With 48 Hours Notice
Tell us at least 48 hours before, and you can move your shoot to any free date within the next 60 days.
Your Advance Moves With You
Your 50% advance payment moves to the new date in full. Nothing is deducted.
2. Bad Weather & Unexpected Delays

Rain or Bad Light
If heavy rain or dark clouds would spoil the look or safety of an outdoor car shoot, we move the date at no extra cost.
Venue or Delivery Delays
If a car delivery is late, your kitchen is under repair, or your venue closes suddenly, we simply book the next free date.
3. Advance Payment & Cancellations

Why We Take an Advance
Your advance books our equipment and team for your date, so we turn down other clients for that slot.
Cancel More Than 7 Days Before
You get a 70% refund, or 100% of the amount as credit to use on any shoot with us within 6 months.
Cancel Less Than 48 Hours Before
No refund, as the equipment, travel and shoot time were already booked for you.
4. Your Satisfaction & Changes

No Cash Refund After the Shoot
Once filming is done, we cannot give a cash refund, because the work, time and equipment costs have already been spent.
2 Rounds of Free Changes
To make sure you are fully happy, you get up to 2 rounds of quick changes to the music and sound, colours, and speed of the edit.
